On the cost estimator, the selections made in the tool are submitted alongside the contact details so the callback is about the right property. Nothing beyond what is typed into the form is collected.

Analytics

This site uses Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect or store personal data or track visitors across sites. It records aggregate page views, referrers and country-level location only.

Why it is collected

• To return your call about the property you asked about
• To send the checklist if you requested it
• To keep a service record for work carried out at a property
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages of this site are useful

Contact details submitted through this site are not sold, rented or shared with third-party marketers. Marketing messages are not sent to people who only asked a question.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Records relating to work actually carried out are kept for as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes, because a service history is part of what a property owner is buying.

Who else sees it

The form provider that receives submissions, the email provider used to reply, and the analytics provider named above. Each processes data on our behalf. Data may also be disclosed where the law requires it.
